Please use the free ZIP program from WinZip.  Once installed...you can unzip the files with ease.

4.  How do I open the video (avi) files?
We recommend the latest Windows Media Player or version 6.4 to view these clips.

5.  I can open the avi files....but there are no pictures/sounds!
There are 2 main codecs you need to install on your computer.  You will need Divx codec 5.x or higher AND Divx codec 3.11 alpha.  Once installed...you should not have any problem.  :p
